In the project titled “REmeTEX”, fabric scraps generated during the production of branded clothing are reimagined not as waste, but as valuable resources given a second life. This initiative symbolizes the quiet breath of past garments being passed on—woven into the future as new creations, new stories, and new expressions of care.

In the accompanying animation, these remnants of cloth are brought to life as characters, each carrying a hint of the garments they once were part of. Through warm, affectionate movements, the animation evokes a sense of continuity and emotional resonance—illustrating how even the smallest fragments can carry memory, identity, and the potential to become something meaningful once again.

In the live-action version, we documented the journey of recycled materials across factories—tracing how fabric scraps are transformed into new textiles. Like people weaving threads toward the future.
